By accessing and using SipCraft Beverages' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SipCraft Beverages provides beverage manufacturing services including:

• R&D and formulation services
• Contract manufacturing and co-packing
• Quality assurance and testing
• Export logistics and documentation
• Regulatory compliance support

3. Manufacturing Agreements

All manufacturing services are subject to separate written agreements that will include:

• Product specifications and quality standards
• Pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Intellectual property rights and confidentiality
• Liability limitations and dispute resolution

4. Quality and Compliance

We maintain ISO 22000, HACCP, and other relevant certifications. While we strive for the highest quality standards, clients are responsible for ensuring our services meet their specific regulatory requirements in their target markets.

5. Intellectual Property

All formulations, processes, and technical documentation developed specifically for clients remain confidential. Clients retain rights to their proprietary formulations and branding, while SipCraft retains rights to our manufacturing processes and general know-how.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• Quotes valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• 50% deposit required before production commencement
• Balance due upon completion and before shipment
• Late payment charges may apply as per agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

SipCraft Beverages' liability is limited to the value of the specific manufacturing order. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
